1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in process and cannot be cancelled.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
